Yeah, its good to practice on grass if you're scared.. but once you get the hang of it, try practicing on a harder surface.. I was practicing on carpet or wooden floor to get used to it.. once you get to concrete your ollies will be so much higher!

If your sliding foot is already as far as the nose and your board is crooked, then you need to slide harder as well to level out the board. It'll work out a lot better on pavement then grass though. Good work! :)

yeah that is so true the first time i tried was on the cement it sort of hurt for a few minutes.lol :)

it's best to keep practicing while riding instead of standing still due the feeling you get while riding. then again, I'm not impressed by an ollie in the gras but that's just my opinion. try ollieing over stuff like a knocked over bottle, a bucket etc. these are great ways I train for my ollies

go in the concrete cuz your ollies low in the grass but when the tail hits the cement you'll go alot higher but you have to suck uo your knees
