Nirvana
i got bored so im making a review lol 
Nirvana was a garage punk band that pretty much started the genre "Grunge"
Kurt Cobain (guitar/vocals) and Krist Noveselic started in the Washington area and went through many names and drummers(pen cap chew, fecal matter) finally they settled with Nirvana and Dave Grohl.
in 1989 they released Bleach their debut album.From there they toured around the world and made 5 more albums.
Kurts depression kept getting worse as did his drug addiction, stomach pains, and back problems. After many suicide attempts Kurt finally succeeded. After he went missing for some time a electrician found kurt in his green house dead laying next to him was a shotgun, note and drugs. That was April 7th 1994, he shot himself on the 5th.
The band never replaced him but moved on. On 9/21/11 the best bands from Seattle joined together and covered Nevermind Nirvanas best selling album in celebration of its 20th anniversary
