Aiden

Aiden is an American Punk band from Seattle Washington. Formed by Angel Ibarra and Jake Davison in 2003. Original line up was Wil Francis on Vocals, Nick Wiggins on Bass, Jake Wambold on Co-Lead Guitar, Angel Ibarra on Co-Lead guitar and Jake Davison on drums. The current line up as of November 2011 is Wil Francis (William Control) on lead vocals, Nick Wiggins on Bass and Angel Ibarra on guitar. As of now they have no official drummer but on the Horror Nights tour during the summer of 2011, Ryan Seamen of Falling in Reverse toured with them.

Their debut album "Our Gangs Dark Oath" was released under Dead Teenager Records while Angel and Jake were still in high school.

In 2005, Aiden was signed to Victory Records, later releasing "Nightmare Anatomy"

In 2007, Aiden released there 3rd album "Conviction" which had been a complete change from their passed 2 albums.

In 2008, Wil announced his solo project William Control, very different from Aiden, his side project sounds close to Depeche Mode.

In 2009, Aiden's new record Knives went back to basics but left out the metal influence and very dark lyrics.

In February of 2011 Aiden released there 5th studio album "Disguises" it kept the same agressive and dark lyrics with more metal introduced back into the music.

May 2011 Jake Davison announced his departure of the band, they were not on bad terms.

October 2011 Aiden released their 6th studio album entitled "Some Kind of Hate" this album seemed to be more influenced by the Misfits, even featuring a cover of the Misfits "London Dungeon" and a cover of Joy Divisions "Transmission"
