how to NERDFLIP?

hey I would like to learn how to nerdflip but u guys dont have any videoz on here.Could somebody make on.No rush because Im grounded but I would really like some help.Also can someone do a video for a HELICOPTERFLIP I can only get 180 kickflips and I would like to learn a helicopterflip. Please HELP

see I can do 360 ollies and kickfilp and I have a 180 kickflip down I just cant get the full 360 spin.Oh I thought a nerdflip waz a nollie pop shv. underflip.I guess I waz wrong
