It looks like you have the flip alright actually; it gets the full rotation and your pop is decent as well. The only reason it seems you're not landing them is because you're aren't committing. You can definitely land them just use your back foot to catch the board before over rotating.

Yeah, you're actually flipping them really well for a beginner, and the funny thing is, that's actually the problem as well: you're flipping it too high for you to land on, what you need to do is bring your feet up higher after you've flicked, because if they're not above the board how are you going to catch it? Alternatively you could try flipping earlier, so it flips lower, but the first solution is much better especially in the long run as you'll have kickflips with a decent height. Just bring your feet up higher.
