i've noticed people talking about people who have it worse so here's a story about a friend of my family his name was chris, chris's mum died when he was young so he had to live with his aunt later he was diagnosed with cancer and had to have his foot removed by the time chris was about 16-17 he wasn't getting along with his family and had live with my family for quite some time last year chris's cancer came back only this time it was in his lung he was to have it removed after this chris died in hospital. even while chris was living with me i'd never seen him unhappy chris did more on one leg than most people did on two. since this happened it's helped me put my life in perspective and made realise even when my life gets rubbish i realise that chris had it worse that most people ever will yet he never let it hold him back.

aske him why you were dumped and if you are lucky you can try and fix the problem and and try and get him back. never give up looking for someone, go straight up to them even if you dont know them and start talking. so ask why you were dumped.

Dont worry it takes time

Life's too short to be unhappy. That's my opinion. It's ok to be unhappy for a short while if something really bad happened or something. But you're only 14 and you Will find somebody else who's probably better. So yeah don't worry too much and just enjoy the moment!

try 2 keep going and pull yourself on sk8ing. it helps me get trough hard days 2 especially when i c how many people r here 2 support u. ^^
