Rise Against

Rise Against is a punk rock band from Chicago, formed in 1999.

Their current line-up consists of the four members:

- Tim Mcllrath (vocals and guitar)
- Joe Principe (bass guitar)
- Brandon Barnes (drums)
- Zach Blair (guitar)

Rise Against has released five albums to date. The band rose to fame with their third and fourth album, Siren Song of the Counter Culture (2004) and The Sufferer & the Witness (2006).

Those albums contain great hits such as "Prayer of the Refugee", "Ready to Fall", "Give It All", "Swing Life Away" and "Paper Wings".

All members of Rise Against are active vegetarians or vegans.
