Circa 8 Track Review



Well these were the first shoes that I really skated in. I bought them last spring and I skated them the entire summer.

Appearance: Well in my opinion, these shoes look awesome. I love the presidential colorway and just the overall design of them. 8/10

Boardfeel: Well being pretty much the first shoes I skated in I don't really know how the boardfeel was. They were thin so I guess it was pretty good. However sometimes I had trouble doing tricks, that might have been me though. When I switched from these to some new shoes I could tell the difference in boardfeel, my tricks were way better. Well not really knowing so well I give them 6/10

Durability: I completely destroyed these shoes. I didn't skate that much back then so this might seem like a while, but in just a few weeks I already had my first hole in these shoes. Soon after I ripped the shoelace, the sole started getting worn down, and eventually pretty much half of my left shoe was gone, and there was holes in the bottom. it was basically like half of a shoe, with half of a sole too. They were so ripped I got holes in every single pair of my socks from skateboarding, and I started getting cuts on my feet. I wish I still had these shoes so I could take a picture of them, they were destroyed. 3/10

Price: I don't remember how much I bought them for, I think it was around 50 or 60 American dollars, most of my shoes are around this price so 8/10

Comfort: These shoes were really comfortable. They had thin soles as well as everything else, with padding around the ankle for support. The soles were great, they seemed to mesh together with my feet. They were thin and lightweight and extremely comfortable. 9/10

Overall: These shoes are comfortable and look cool. Unfortunately they rip EXTREMELY easily. They have okay boardfeel I guess so overall I have to give these a 6/10 I loved these shoes, they were awesome but they're durability brings them down a lot.
