Blunt stall skateboard trick tip

The following trick tip will show you how to Blunt stall. Reading this trick tip is just the first step to learn the Blunt stall, but know that you'll need lots of practise to land it.

Blunt is a cool lip trick. It's especially cool if you do it in a combo (like: blunt kickflip out).

Make sure you have enough of speed. Go faster than you would for a rock and roll. Start in the ollie position. If you want to do a trick out of the blunt, put your feet like you would do that trick, but don't give up all of your stability.

Ok, you're riding on the pipe. Ride to the top.

When you're near the edge, go in a manual, so you don't go in a rock and roll. Actually, you just have to lean back a little bit.

After some time, you should feel your back truck make contact with the edge. It's like you would do a bluntslide on the edge.

Ride back fakie or kickturn and ride back down the ramp. You probably need to pop out a little to lose contact with the coping.

Variations: Do a trick in and/or out of the blunt. I prefer kickflip out, but you can try different tricks. You can also blunt on a street object.
