Bertleman slide skateboard trick tip

The following trick tip will show you how to Bertleman slide. Reading this trick tip is just the first step to learn the Bertleman slide, but know that you'll need lots of practise to land it.

This is a pretty simple move by today's standards, but that's alright, it's fun and usefull to learn.

1) Start by riding up a banked wall (flatland also work, but is harder)

2) One foot should be on the tail, and the other on the front trucks

3) Crouch, your legs should be near your chest, and prepare for impact.

4) Now, are you ready? Don't be scared by this part, if you do it right, you don't get hurt. fall backwards, on the palm of your hand.

5) Pull up the front side a little bit and turn 180 with your board.
to do this, push the rear wheels out, like a slide.

6) Let the board get back to you, if you did it right, you don't have to do much to get back on your board. just bend forward and push off with your palm.

It's possible that you hurt your wrist, so protection could help, but then again you will lose your feeling with the ground... it's your choice.

You can also do this trick on a ramp, this makes it a lot harder, but really more fun.
