The following trick tip will show you how to Fs smith. Reading this trick tip is just the first step to learn the Fs smith, but know that you'll need lots of practise to land it.

Ok, The FS Smithgrind is a pretty hard grind, it's all about balance with this one. You should be able to do solid 50-50's and 5-0's.

I think the fs smith is easier on a round rails, but you can use a ledge or anything like it. Just make sure that you can do a 50-50 and a 5-0 on it.

Start up by riding at a good speed towards the object. Ollie like you're going into a 50-50, but get your truck on the heel side of the object.

Now your standing into smithgrind, if you do these steps you probably fall forwards, now comes your balance. An it isn't easy.



So, ollie into smithgrind, but hold you balance like a 5-0. As you do this you have all your weight on your back truck. As you do this, push the front of the board down, without getting any weight on it. It's really tricky, but with some practice you'll get there







Grind to the end of the object and pop out a bit, this is just like any grind.
