Okay THE BALANCING!, okay MAKE SURE YOUR BALANCE IS A FOWARD most people ive seen do a first attempt usually fall back because the dont lean forward

okay the tricky part, getting off you would first like to try to turn in the last metre then land, cause you will be going down at a fast pace and if you get off at the wrong time, SMACK ow more stitches for you lip and chin okay
