Boardsliding a handrail skateboard trick tip
The following trick tip will show you how to Boardsliding a handrail. Reading this trick tip is just the first step to learn the Boardsliding a handrail, but know that you'll need lots of practise to land it.
Okay, first off, if you dont think you have enough skill in your range to do this you could get seriously hurt,
OKAY!, first of all ill talk about Approaching the handrail, you dont go to fast or to slow, just a moderate amount of speed righto?, when you approach it in the last 2 metres get ready to ollie, you dont have to ollie particulary high for hand rails, make sure you ollie over onto it, and if you stub it (dont get it over and the trucks hit the handrail) try a higher ollie
Okay THE BALANCING!, okay MAKE SURE YOUR BALANCE IS A FOWARD most people ive seen do a first attempt usually fall back because the dont lean forward
okay the tricky part, getting off you would first like to try to turn in the last metre then land, cause you will be going down at a fast pace and if you get off at the wrong time, SMACK ow more stitches for you lip and chin

watch out at the bottom I broke my ankle once because I didn't pivot out properly |
ouch! i m practicing on my home made rail.but i always twist the board to much and the wheels get stuck under the rail and the board stops dead,got any tips? |
I am terrifyed of doing handrails! and skaterboidan don't spin as much once you ollie onto the rail |
When you're about to land, just turn a little bit to land clean and crouch yourself to absorb the impact. Be as light as you can because if you stomp the rail you will loose your balance on the handrail. Protect yourself with an helmet! It's cooler to land an handrail with an helmet than break a bone ! |
I think that even if you don't the exact amount of skill to do this, if you have enough confidence to do this then you'll nail this no problem. Also, if you have the knowledge of how to do the trick and the confidence, your confidence will help you remember every step and complete those steps in excellent succession and complete the trick perfectly. |
