The following trick tip will show you how to Fs nollie/halfcab flip. Reading this trick tip is just the first step to learn the Fs nollie/halfcab flip, but know that you'll need lots of practise to land it.

Since Nollie and Fakie are practically the same, this can go for both of them. When you do Fs Nollies and Fs Halfcabs you are spinning like a Bs 180 in regular or switch, depending on which one you are trying to do. A frontside 180 is a backside halfcab. Not to many people understand that... Ok for the trick.

You should be able to fakie kickflip pretty good for this trick, and be able to fs halfcab every try (you dont have to be able to, but it helps).

1. Set up for fakie (or nollie). Learn to push switch to get into fakie, not mongo. Trust me, this will help you in the end.
2. Make sure you aren't leaning on the foot your popping with, that might make your nose or tail stick to the ground if your skating on a rough surface. I suggest you use the nose to help stop that.
3. Twist up your shoulders in the opposite way you will be spinning.
4. Start to unwind your shoulders, and when they are parallel with your board, pop the tail (nose?), and do the motion of a kickflip.

It feels weird spinning fs halfcabs while kickflipping at first, but with enough practice it will be easy.
