Alpha flip trick tip

Alpha flip is a short name for a bigspin hospital flip.

It's a difficult trick, so make sure to learn the Hospital flip first.

Start riding with your front foot on the front bolts and your back foot on the toeside of the tail.

Crouch down and get ready to pop a bs 180 ollie.

Pop the board and drag the tip of your front foot up towards the nose.

As you turn the first 90 degrees, put your front foot underneath the board.

Now scoop up the board with your front foot. This will make the board rotate 360 degrees. It's tricky, but be patient and keep trying.

Catch the board in the air while finishing your 180 rotation and land.

Tips

Your front foot never leaves the board.
Don't give up, keep trying and you'll get it!

when i do them i get into casper first then spin 180 let go of the board whilst its still spinning there such a cool trick once you get the hang of them :) :)
