The boneless is an oldschool skateboard trick that was used to jump before the ollie was invented.

- 1
Ride at a comfortable speed, with your front foot heel hanging off the board and your back foot on the tail.

- 2
Crouch down and grab the middle of the toeside of your board with your back hand.

- 3
Slide your front foot off the board and immediately use that leg to jump as high as you can.
Keep holding on to the board.

- 4
Raise your front foot and put it back on the board in midair.

- 5
Release the board, and land with your legs slightly bent.

Tips

Don't practise this stationary. The faster you go, the cooler it looks.

If you put your back foot on the tip of the tail, it might slide off.

A boneless can get you pretty high, so don't put your front foot in the middle of your skateboard or you'll snap your board in two.
