Fs 180 nollie trick tip

The fs 180 nollie is a fairly easy trick once you got your regular nollies down.

1. 1

   Start riding with your feet like shown in the picture below. Especially in the beginning, just take it easy, don't go too fast.
   
   



2. 2

   Crouch down a little and prepare to jump.
   
   



3. 3

   Pop the nose of the board and put a little more pressure on the toe side. Swing your arms to help your body rotate the 180 degrees.
   
   



4. 4

   Try to keep control of the board untill you completed the rotation.
   
   



5. 5

   Try to land on the bolts and bend your knees for the impact if necessary.
   
   

Tips

• 

  With this trick it's easy to overspin. Don't shove too hard, and keep guiding the board with your back foot.
